Meet the celebrant behind Ceremony Hub

Hi, I’m Dean.

I use Ceremony Hub in my own celebrant business, Married by a Mate. It brings my bookings and couple information into one place, and I’m continuing to refine it through everyday use and feedback from other celebrants.

You can get one-on-one onboarding to find your feet, plus assistance moving from platforms like Studio Ninja. Start with the tools that help you today, with personal support as you settle in.

Before you get started

Do I need to set everything up at once?

No. Start by adding a booking or saving a package. You can connect email, calendar and online payments when you need them. Each setup area has a short tutorial.

Can I move from another system?

Yes. Whatever you use now—Studio Ninja, another CRM, spreadsheets or your own setup—we will personally help migrate your existing bookings and couple details into Ceremony Hub at no extra cost.

Can someone help me get set up?

Yes. One-on-one onboarding gives you a personal walkthrough, help with your setup and time to ask questions about how Ceremony Hub fits your business.

Which marriage documents can I prepare?

Fill in and sign the NOIM online, and prepopulate and print the DONLI (Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage) and Official Certificate of Marriage. Form 15 prepopulation and printing is coming soon.

Are Apple and Android apps available?

The Android app is available on Google Play. The Apple iOS app is coming soon. You can also use Ceremony Hub through your web browser.

Does the registry assistant work outside NSW?

The Chrome extension currently supports NSW LifeLink only. We plan to expand to more state and territory registries. It helps populate the form with saved details; you remain responsible for reviewing the information and saving and submitting it in LifeLink.

Can each partner answer questionnaire questions separately?

Yes. Choose shared or individual answers for each question. Either partner can complete a shared answer, while individual questions collect a separate response from each partner. You can mix both types in one questionnaire.

What happens after the free trial?

Choose 30 days without a card and there are no automatic charges: subscribe for A$10/month to continue after your trial. Or add a card for 90 days free, followed automatically by A$10/month unless you cancel before the first charge.

Is there a booking limit?

No. The A$10/month plan includes unlimited active bookings and every Ceremony Hub feature.

Can I set up automations using plain language?

Yes. Describe the reminder or follow-up you want in everyday language, and AI helps turn it into a rule for you to review before enabling. For example, ask for a reminder seven days before a wedding. Couple email drafts wait for your approval before you send them.

Do I have to use AI?

No. AI assistance is optional. You can write emails, manage checklists and configure automations yourself.

Will automations send emails without me reviewing them?

Automation email drafts wait for your review and approval before you send them. Reminders help you keep track of what is due.
